Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BNS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the BNS website, marketplace, and related services. "Buyer" means a user purchasing goods. "Seller" means a user listing and selling goods. "Escrow" refers to the payment protection service provided by BNS.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. BNS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Escrow Services

BNS holds funds from buyers in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Upon confirmation, funds are released to the seller minus applicable fees. BNS may mediate disputes but is not liable for the quality or delivery of goods.

5. Fees

BNS charges transaction fees as outlined on the Pricing page. Fees are deducted at the time of transaction settlement. BNS may update fees with 30 days notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not list illegal items, engage in fraud, manipulate transactions, or use the platform for unauthorized purposes. Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

BNS provides the platform "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNS disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through the BNS escrow mediation process. Legal disputes with BNS shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

BNS may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
