How much does Storefront cost?
Storefront has two options. Storefront Free — no monthly fee, 2.5% transaction fee, limited to 10 products. Storefront Pro — NGN 5,000 per month with a 1-month free trial, 1% transaction fee, unlimited products, stock inventory management, team access, and advanced analytics.
What is my store link?
Your store gets a custom link at bns.co/yourbrand — you choose the brand name. This is your permanent store address that you can share anywhere: social media bios, WhatsApp, email signatures, business cards, and more.
How do buyers find my products?
Two ways. Direct link: Share your bns.co/yourbrand link anywhere — WhatsApp, Instagram, email, business cards. Marketplace discovery: Your products are automatically listed on the BNS Marketplace, so buyers browsing categories can find you too.
How does payment collection work on my storefront?
When a customer buys from your storefront, BNS processes the payment securely. The funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. BNS charges 1% for processing each transaction. The buyer pays through bank transfer, card, or USSD.
What's the difference between Storefront Free and Pro?
Free: No monthly fee, 2.5% transaction fee, limited to 10 products, basic analytics, stock inventory, and team management. Pro: NGN 5,000/month (1-month free trial), 1% transaction fee, unlimited products, full customer insights, and everything in Free.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Your products, inventory, and settings carry over automatically. You'll also get the 1-month free trial on your first Pro payment.
Can I use my own domain name?
Custom domain support is coming soon. For now, you get a professional bns.co/yourbrand link. We'll notify you when custom domains are available.
