Use a strong, unique password for your BNS account. Avoid using the same password across multiple services. A strong password includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Email Verification
Always verify your email address when signing up. A verified email allows us to send important security notifications and helps recover your account if you ever lose access.
Suspicious Activity
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account � unrecognized logins, changed profile details, or orders you did not make � contact us immediately at hello@bns.com.ng.
Phishing Awareness
BNS will never ask for your password via email or message. Be cautious of unsolicited messages claiming to be from BNS that ask for personal information. Report suspicious messages to our team.
Escrow Safety
All payments on BNS are protected by escrow. Never complete transactions outside the platform. If a seller asks you to pay via bank transfer or other off-platform methods, report them immediately.
