Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. BNS provides an escrow service to protect both parties, but does not guarantee the quality of second-hand items.

3. Payments and Escrow

All payments made via BNS are held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the item.

4. Prohibited Items

Users are prohibited from listing illegal goods, prescription drugs, weapons, or counterfeit items.

5. Disclaimer

BNS is not liable for any disputes between users, though we will provide mediation through our support team.
